Boxcryptor is a security solution for the cloud that encrypts your data before it reaches the servers of your cloud provider. Thus, you keep full control of your data. Boxcryptor is a worldwide used software of Secomba GmbH, "Made in Germany" (to be exact: Made in Augsburg, Bavaria). We are subject to German and European data protection laws and protect your data reliably against any unauthorized access.

How do I apply for the Digitalbonus?

Applications can currently be submitted again, but the processing time is unclear. The Ministry would like to point out that the implementation of the measure can begin without any negative impact on the subsidy as soon as the confirmation of receipt has been received. Details about the procedure: Application form of the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs for the "Digitalbonus Standard" (in German only) of up to € 10,000. You should describe the planned project on digitization or IT security and the necessary hardware and software as precisely as possible, so that your eligibility can be determined.

If your application is successful, you will receive your grant agreement. You can now carry out the project. When completed, you will provide proof of use and then receive the grant. The funding quota is for medium-sized enterprises 30%, for small ones even 50% of the eligible investment. With the "Digitalbonus Standard", your company is subsidized with up to € 10,000. You could purchase the Boxcryptor Company Package for 1, 3 or 5 years. After setup of the security solution, the state of Bavaria will refund 30 or 50 percent of your investment.
