Therefore, do not be surprised if you receive payment related emails from them, and not from us – everything is fine and as it should be.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

  1. Sign in to boxcryptor.com.
  2. Navigate to My Account.
  3. Click on the link next to your subscription in order to cancel it.

How to Upgrade Your Account

You can upgrade your license here. If you want to upgrade your Boxcryptor Unlimited Personal License to an Unlimited Business License, please contact our sales team.

How to Update Your Payment Method

You can update your payment method at any time.

  1. Sign in to boxcryptor.com.
  2. Navigate to My Account.
  3. Click on the link next to your subscription to update your payment method.

Where to Enter Your Product Key

Depending on your payment method, you can find a product key in your invoice or in the email you received after you placed your order.

To upgrade your account, enter your product key after signing in to your account on our website.

  1. Sign in to boxcryptor.com (If don't have an account yet, you can create it here).
  2. Navigate to Upgrade.
  3. Scroll down to Enter a product key.
  4. Enter your Product Key.

In case you already have a active license and you want to renew your license with a new product key, you can currently only enter the new license, once the old one is expired.
